01Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the borrowandback.com website. Browsing the site means accepting them.

The site is a showcase: it presents the Bob app, links to the app stores and lets you write to the team. It sells nothing and offers no subscription.

02The site and the app are two different things

Use of the Bob app is governed by the terms of use you accept when creating your account in the app. These terms do not replace them and cover the website only.

03Access

The site is free to access, with no account and no identification. Connection costs remain yours.

The company makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available without being bound to do so. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.

04Permitted use

You may read the site, quote it and link to its pages. You may not:

• reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written consent
• systematically extract a substantial part of it
• attempt to disrupt its operation or circumvent its security
• use it to spread unlawful or misleading content

06Accuracy of the information

The information published, in particular the ratings and download counts taken from the app stores, is accurate on the day it was recorded, which is stated on the page. It changes afterwards, independently of the company.

The features described are those of the app on the day of publication. The app changes regularly.

07Liability

The company is not answerable for indirect damage resulting from access to the site or from being unable to access it, nor for the content of third-party sites it links to.

08Personal data

Data processing is described on the privacy policy page, and trackers on the cookie policy page.

09Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed at any time. The version that applies is the one online when you visit. The date it was last updated is at the top of this page.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, an amicable solution will be sought by writing to contact@borrowandback.com. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
